Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- For food items, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or product defects (clothing only).
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or consumed food products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
